Workshop Description
Note: This is a 2-day CE session: Friday, April 17 – Saturday, April 18, 2026.
4/17 9:00AM-3:30PM
4/18 9:00AM-3:30PM
This course offers full credit only. No partial credit will be awarded; attendance for all two days is required to receive CE units.
The training is structured to encourage and allow discussion and sharing of ideas. Active participation is required to receive a CE certificate. Please ensure your microphone and camera are working.
This is an advanced (expert) course for those who have had the basic SFBT training or its equivalent.
This follow-up Solution-Focused Brief Therapy training is an extension of the level 1 course. The level 1 course covered the foundations of the Solution-Focused (SF) model and the 7 solution-focused interventions. This training expands on these and provides more opportunities for practice and discussion. While the participants will help to design the training together, the training will include a brief review of the fundamentals, a full session video with discussion, and a full session roleplay. The second day is planned to give the participants opportunities to practice. It’s recommended that participants have either completed the basic course or its equivalent, have a good grasp of SF concepts, and are using the model in their own practice.
