Join us for this engaging lunchtime CE series in collaboration with the NASW-NY Northeast Division. This three-part interactive course introduces social workers to artificial intelligence tools that enhance clinical efficiency while maintaining ethical integrity.

Designed especially for rural and seasoned practitioners, this training addresses the realities of working in isolation, managing multiple roles, and adapting to emerging technologies. Participants will explore AI fundamentals including machine learning, large language models, and practical applications across mental health, child welfare, school social work, and rural practice.

Through hands-on demonstrations using tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, participants will practice prompt engineering using the TIC Framework (Task, Instructions, Context). The course emphasizes ethical use, including HIPAA compliance, data privacy, informed consent, and alignment with the NASW Code of Ethics.

This program is presented in collaboration with the NASW-NY Northeast Division.
