Yet that experience can be difficult to communicate when pursuing new roles, career advancement, private practice growth, leadership opportunities, or professional visibility.
This NASW-NY C.A.R.E.S. event will help participants identify where their experience may be undersold and learn how to communicate their expertise more clearly and effectively. Rather than focusing on a complete resume or LinkedIn overhaul, participants will explore how to move beyond vague, task-based descriptions and begin highlighting their specialties, strengths, scope, and impact.
